ENDORSING YOUR
PLAN MANAGER

If your NDIS plan is on the new PACE system, you must endorse your plan manager with the NDIA.

 

This allows us to keep managing your invoices and paying your providers without delays.  It’s quick, simple, and we’ll guide you through it.

 

When Do You Need to Endorse?

You’ll need to endorse your plan manager in these situations:

  • When you first sign up.

  • When you get a new NDIS plan and want to keep the same plan manager.

  • If your new plan doesn’t automatically carry over your endorsement.

Tip: If you’re having a plan review, ask whether you’ll get a new plan or just an extension.

  • New plan = endorsement usually needed again.

  • Extension = normally no endorsement, but sometimes NDIA may still ask.

 

Only participants, nominees, or guardians can complete the endorsement.
Support Coordinators can’t do it for you, but they can help guide you through the process.

 

How to Endorse Us (3 Easy Ways)

  1. Through myGov – Log into your my NDIS participant portal.

  2. By phone – Call the NDIA on 1800 800 110 and say you’d like to endorse Focus on You as your plan manager.

  3. With your LAC or Planner – Tell them you want Focus on You endorsed as your plan manager.

Important: Make sure you ask for us to be added as your Plan Manager – not just a “provider.” Otherwise, we won’t be able to pay invoices on your behalf.

 

Already With Us?

If you’re already using us and your new plan is about to start, just let the NDIA, your LAC, or your planner know that you’d like to continue with us.
This way, there won’t be any disruptions in paying your providers.
