If Plan Management, or 'Improved Life Choices,' is part of your NDIS plan, you can use Focus on You Plan Management services at no cost to you. This funding is provided separately and does not impact the budget for your other supports.

How can I sign up with Focus on You Plan Management?

Sign up online with Focus on You Plan Management or contact our team at 0402 148 822.
Complete our service agreement, which outlines how we’ll support you.
Inform your providers that we are your new plan manager.
Approve invoices, and we’ll handle the billing with the NDIA and payment to your providers.
Easily manage your budget and stay in control anytime.

How can I switch to Focus on You Plan Management?

If you already have a plan manager and would like to switch to Focus on You Plan Management, you can sign up online today or contact us at 0402 148 822. We will send you a service agreement, and do the rest including contacting your current plan manager to arrange the transition. We'll ensure a smooth transfer with no interruptions to your support payments.
